Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days. After dispatch, U.S. delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–9 business days from placing your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Busy periods, weather, and carrier delays may add time. We will email you a tracking link when your order ships.

Delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If your package is missing, delayed, damaged, or returned as undeliverable, contact support@heartlandlibertynutrition.com with your order number and an explanation.

Customer satisfaction is our highest concern. We review delivery problems, return requests, refunds, and replacements on a case-by-case basis under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending products back. We will explain the proposed resolution and any applicable shipping arrangements.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.
